Growth Strategy

We intend to expand the managed fleet through selective acquisitions of high-class modern bulk carriers and employ these ships primarily on time charters to recognized charterers.

  • Acquire and operate a diversified, modern fleet in selected markets, preferable sister ship vessels providing us with efficiencies in meeting our customer's needs, enhancing the revenue generating potential allowing us to service virtually all major ports and routes.
  • Handymax / Handy size bulk carriers carry a great variety of dry products, being historically well positioned to take advantage of the geographical dislocation.
  • Capitalize our reputation, a reliable company in ship management services, for high operating standards and maintain at the same time low cost and highly efficient operations.
  • The management maintains long-standing relationships with first-class charterers and commercial companies for the employment of the targeted fleet.
  • Strategically deploy our fleet between time charters, which can last up to several years, and spot market voyage charters assisting in generating increased profit margins during periods of strong rates, while vessels on time charters will provide us predictable and less volatile cash flows.
  • Initiate, enhance and continue long-term relationships with major end-users.
  • High level of customer satisfaction among present customers and good brand equity among the potential customers.
